We Are Tutti

We love to eat.

We’re omnivores, carnivores, locavores, chocovores, bacon-vores, vegetarians, vegans, and people who laugh in the face of the suffix “vore.” We share a belief in, and commitment to, culinary pleasure.

We care about the environment. That translates into a deep concern about where our food comes from, how it was grown and processed, and how it was packaged and shipped. We endeavor to be organic, local, cruelty-free, farmer’s-market-sourcing angels, but sometimes we eat Mallofluff. We’re human.

We keep our senses open—to new tastes, textures, and experiences. When we hear about an ingredient we’ve never tried, we drop our chopsticks and skedaddle to the nearest whatever to get it.

We’re fond of wit, especially the written kind. Other likes: passion, off-the-beaten-path thinking, garlic-and-herb skinny fries, and people who subscribe to TuttiFoodie.
